growing up in hawaii with friends… people and places change but the feelings never does
i remember being called by my friends not by phone. walking across town and going to their house and hoping they are there. lets go beach, lets go fish, lets just cruz.
when I hear somebody sigh, ‘life is hard,’ I am always tempted to ask, ‘compared to what?’

ignore your haters, they’re just social media masturbators who have no courage to take risks.
i find inspiration when i don’t judge my own inclinations, my own desires, my own interests, or what I am curious about. i know in the past, i have been discouraged by my parents/ teachers/ friends/ partners from pursuing certain interests because it was “a waste of time”
